Returning Referee Information

Recertification Clinics for Returning Officials will be delivered in-person.
BC Hockey will appoint an MHA RIC or a Senior official to deliver the recertification clinic for RETURNING Officials.
Officials need to recertify every year. Recertification clinics will be posted on the HCR web site starting in September of the current season.
Officials are required to keep their Spordle Play profile up to date, including their availability calendar. Officials requesting games with no availability mat not be assigned to games.

Officials can receive incentives based on the number of games assigned by Chilliwack MHA or by The Referee Assigning Centre for Chilliwack MHA teams home games.
Official’s incentives for the current season are:
- Level 1 - 25+ games = $100 gift card for Cheam Sports.
- Level 2 - 40+ games = $150 gift card for Cheam Sports.
