SCREENSHOT your completed submission and email to info@chilliwackminorhockey.com so we can put you as PENDING until it comes in completed.
If it does not work please email the office for a letter to take to the station directly to complete the manual application. Please note this letter is needed in order to receive your Criminal Record Check for free without it you will be charged and CMHA will not reimburse.

This process replaces the manual paper procedure:
New eCRC service
Identity verification: In the new eCRC system, an applicant’s identity is verified using their
BC Services Card. If the applicant is using the BC Services Card to access the online
service for first time, they will be directed to activate their card by video or in person through
Service BC.
Cost: There is no charge associated with activating a BC Services Card and the criminal
record check fee (if applicable) has not changed.

This code is how your Criminal Record Check with be associated with Chilliwack Minor Hockey and securely sent to our office to be kept on record.
This new online process will take a minimum of 3 business days to reach us.
