CMHA Coach and Manger Meetings: TBD announced early September
PCAHA Coach and Manager Meetings:
- U13 A - September 19th via zoom
- U15 A and U18 A - September 24th via zoom
- U11 A - September 26th via zoom
- U21 A/C - October 2nd via zoom

Important Items To Note:
The following items are found under the Manager tab
Roster:
- Submit to Sara P. at info@chilliwackminorhockey.com
- Rep - Due by September 25th
- Must be submitted 48-72 hrs before any exhibition games can be played
- All AP's must be rostered prior to being allowed to play
- Please allow up to 72 hours for rostering to be completed and synced with team
- AP process must be followed Affiliated Player Form
Jersey Deposit:
- Submit to Sara P. at info@chilliwackminorhockey.com
- October 1st
Rep Team Fees:
- Due to teams prior to December 1st
- Teams must submit payment to CMHA December 1st
