Team Bank Accounts: NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR

All teams U6-U21 are required to open an approved Envision bank account - NO EXCEPTIONS
Please email Sarah Stevens at Treasurer@chilliwackminorhockey.com to request your letter
Please include your team name and the legal names of the two signers you want on your account
Account signers must not be husband and wife
Account signers do not need to go to the bank together
The Garrison Branch is our main branch and the preferred location but the downtown branch can be used as well.
