Team Financials
Team Bank Accounts:
- All teams U6-U21 are required to open an approved Envision bank account.
- Please email Sarah Stevens at Treasurer@chilliwackminorhockey.com to request your letter
- Please include your team name and the legal names of the two signers you want on your account
- An onboarding form will be included with your bank letter which provides all the account details you may need and contact info in order to make a bank appointment.
- Envision requires a credit check if you are not currently a member of Envision. This is a standard policy with envision and is for the protection of the team and CMHA
- If you leave your $5 shares in each year you will not have to complete this again
- Both signers must attend the appointment and together preferably but separate is okay
- The Garrison Branch is our main branch and the preferred location but the downtown branch can be used as well.
